AmtsGuide provides:
- Information about administrative processes in German cities
- Contact details of district offices
- Directory of service providers (suppliers)
- Help articles and guides
- All content is freely accessible

4. Supplier Directory
No Recommendation
The listing of service providers does not constitute a recommendation or evaluation. We assume no liability for:
- Quality of services
- Accuracy of supplier information
- Contractual agreements between users and suppliers
- Disputes with suppliers
Use at Your Own Risk
The selection and commissioning of a supplier is at your own responsibility. Carefully check suppliers before entering into a contract.
5. Click Tracking
When clicking on supplier links, the following data is recorded:
- Timestamp
- Clicked supplier (anonymized)
- District (from URL)
- Language version
This data is used solely for statistical purposes and is deleted after 90 days. No personal data is collected.
6. User Obligations
As a user, you agree to:
- Use the website only for legal purposes
- Not use automated access (bots, scrapers) without permission
- Not misuse contact information
- Respect copyrights
7. Limitation of Liability
The operator is only liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the operator is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

9. Applicable Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Berlin, to the extent legally permissible.
