Henkel waste heat for Garath
As early as 2026, a plant for feeding industrial waste heat into the Garath district heating network will be commissioned in cooperation with Henkel. Owners connected to the Garath network benefit from increasingly green district heating.

SWD offers a special heat pump tariff with a reduced electricity price. Anyone registering the heat pump at the house connection as a controllable consumption device under § 14a EnWG also receives a reduction in network charges.
