The municipal programme “Heizungserneuerung 2026” funds both the initial connection to district heating and the installation of heat pumps outside district heating areas. There is also a 500 Euro financing bonus when taking out a loan and a 2.975 Euro district heating expansion bonus in price zone B. You must also use BEG funding. Private homeowners, WEGs, associations and church congregations can apply.
