1. Scope
These terms of use apply to the use of amtsguide.de, hereinafter the "website", operated by Blinktank GmbH, Haupstr. 5L, 10317 Berlin, hereinafter the "operator".
By using the website, you agree to these terms of use.

AmtsGuide provides:
- Information about administrative processes in German cities
- Contact details for district offices
- A directory of service providers
- Help articles and guides
- Free access to all content

- We do not guarantee the accuracy of the information

4. Provider directory
No recommendation
The listing of service providers does not constitute a recommendation or rating. We accept no liability for:
- The quality of services
- The accuracy of provider information
- Contractual arrangements between users and providers
- Disputes with providers
Use at your own responsibility
You select and engage a provider at your own responsibility. Review providers carefully before entering into a contract.
5. Click tracking
When you click a provider link, the following data is recorded:
- Timestamp
- Provider clicked, in anonymised form
- District, derived from the URL
- Language version
This data is used exclusively for statistical purposes and is deleted after 90 days. No personal data is recorded.
6. User obligations
As a user, you agree:
- To use the website only for lawful purposes
- Not to use automated access, including bots or scrapers, without permission
- Not to misuse contact details
- To respect copyright
7. Limitation of liability
The operator is liable only for intent and gross negligence. In cases of ordinary negligence, the operator is liable only for a breach of essential contractual obligations.
Liability for data loss is limited to the typical cost of restoration.
8. Changes
The operator reserves the right to amend these terms of use at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Continued use after a change is deemed acceptance.
9. Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Berlin to the extent permitted by law.
