As a private individual affected, you must therefore commission a suitable company to submit the application. If applicable, the application can have an authorisation from the customer attached.

Special use and building sites
For building sites, containers, scaffolding and other uses of the public road space, a Sondernutzungserlaubnis is also required.
The no-stopping zone alone does not automatically permit this additional use.
Pedestrian zones
If the move affects a pedestrian zone, an additional exemption permit under § 46 StVO may be required.
Signage
The signs must be put up in accordance with the approved order. Without a traffic law order, no official no-stopping zone comes into being.
After the approved period has expired, the signs must be removed.
If the zone is still occupied
Vehicles must not be removed or blocked by yourself. Keep the order and the proof that the signs were put up properly ready and contact the Ordnungsamt or the police.
