Bremen
What is different in Bremen
In Bremen, nationwide rules apply to energy advisers and funding. Bremer Aufbau-Bank (BAB) supplements KfW programmes with state loans and grants.
With its "Klimaschutzstrategie 2038" (adopted by the Senate in November 2022), the state has its own funding lines. Bremen and Bremerhaven also offer municipal energy advice through the climate protection agency energiekonsens.
